Order Processing Time

  • All shirts are made in-house to ensure top-quality and attention to detail.

  • Please allow 1–2 weeks for order processing before your item is shipped or ready for pickup.

  • Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding holidays).

  • You’ll receive email updates with order confirmation and tracking (or pickup readiness).

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We currently ship within the United States. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order size and location.

Estimated Delivery Times (after processing):

  • Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days

  • Priority Shipping: 1–3 business days

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, or weather.

Once your order is ready (typically within 1–2 weeks), we’ll email you with pickup instructions and availability. Local pickup is free and a great way to save on shipping!

International Shipping

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you need to make a change, contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. We cannot refund or replace packages shipped to incorrect addresses if not notified in time.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Happy Capy Co is not responsible for lost or stolen items. If this occurs, please reach out to the carrier first. We're happy to assist where possible.
